Lahore Restaurant (Secaucus, NJ) is seeking for a Pakistani Chef to prepare traditional & contemporary Pakistani dishes, incl. curries, goat karahi, chicken karahi, biryanis, nihari, haleem Pakistani desserts. Maintain quality, taste, and consistency with an emphasis on authentic flavors, spices, and cooking techniques. The chef will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, ordering supplies, & ensuring a high standard of food hygiene and safety.
