Lahore Restaurant (Secaucus, NJ) is seeking for a Pakistani Chef to prepare traditional tandoori/bar-b-q Pakistani dishes, incl. bihari kabab, reshmi kabab, chicken/lamb tikka, lamb chops, chapli kabab, Pakistani bread/naan. Maintain quality, taste, and consistency with an emphasis on authentic flavors, spices, and cooking techniques. The chef will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, ordering supplies, & ensuring a high standard of food hygiene and safety.
